Women Who Love  A Cause UNITE!

At the end of the day every business has one goal – to make money, right? Your profit may keep you afloat and keep going but there is something even more important. In my mind there has to be something more important to keep you going, or how else could YOU keep going?

Consumers and Women

In today’s world consumers want more from businesses they choose to associate with. They want to feel apart of something BIGGER so they connect with a brand that they want to identify with, or that they even feel inspired by. Tell a consumer that they have to pay more for a pair of shoes? They are all for it as long as an additional pair of shoes is sent to a child in need. They search these companies out, they rally behind it, because they want to support a cause, not a business.

Women are the same as these consumers. Give them a bigger purpose and they will bend over backwards to accomplish something for another person. When we make a list of what needs to get done, either a mental list or a physical list (you know who you are), we instinctively put our own needs at the bottom of the list. We put it off until we can find the time—which very likely falls around midnight. For some reason there never seem to be enough hours in a day. That is what so great about when women come together. The things we accomplish, each striving to help another, means that not only will things get done but if we can’t accomplish things for ourselves someone else is willing to help.

UNITE!

I am a firm believer in this and I encourage the members of my team to UNITE because I know that we can do it all, TOGETHER. I believe in you, in your bigger picture. I know that you deserve a little help and support to power through the day to day and reach your fullest potential. That’s what keeps me going – keeping you going. Helping you find your cause and your value.
