Small Businesses Blessing the Lives of Americans

Are you one of those people who believe you have to measure your success by how many people are above you in a company? Well I am hear to tell you that I’ve worked in corporate jobs with their “corporate ladders” and the grass is definitely greener on OUR side of the fence. The freedom and flexibility that come with working for myself makes me never want to go back to corporate life.

Word Is Out

I’m not the only one who has learned this! Our economy is actually being driven by small business ownership, 28 million small businesses in the USA, and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it! For some more fun/ empowering numbers for you – I’m talking 50% of today’s jobs come from small business. I personally hire other small businesses to help my independent business and a part time assistant. These people and small business have become a huge part in my successes. With that success I get to do my favorite things – teach and mentor others to do exactly the same thing! Creating more support and more success for small business is a HUGE payoff!

Stand With Those Succeeding

Working with and supporting other small businesses has it’s own reward. Getting a great product is always a plus, but knowing you are helping to support individuals and their families is the BEST part. I encourage you to purchase via small businesses, especially on Small Business Saturday (Saturday after Thanksgiving). These companies are run by people just like you and me: wonderful moms who are making that money to afford extra-curricular activities for her children  or a man who has been betrayed by corporate America and is brave enough to take on his own clients from home to continue surviving and providing for his family. So again I encourage you to shop small! We all know someone who is trying their best to provide without asking for a hand out. If you can’t think of someone you know personally believe me they are out there and probably right in front of you.

These small business owners are fully invested! When they say “thank you”, they mean it! How great to receive  a genuine “thank you” from someone who provided the product/ service! Even more wonderful is that they are saying it on behalf of themselves and their family and NOT because some faceless upper management is instructing them to do so.
